Video appears to show Taliban inside presidential palace
The presidential palace in Kabul has been "handed over" to the Taliban, vacated by government officials, including former President Ashraf Ghani who has fled the country. CNN's Nick Paton Walsh reports a Taliban member present for the "handover" spoke briefly in English to say he had formerly been held by the US in Guantanamo. [Source]
